• Excellent communication skills
• z / OS – 2.3 going to 2.5
• Must be able to perform maintenance and upgrades
• RACF
• VTAM
• TCPIP
• Experience with 3rd Party Software to support / maintenance
• Sysplex
• DB2 or CICS or IMF – general knowledge to help support
