About the Role:
Better Tomorrows seeks a dynamic and experienced Vice President, Impact & Service Delivery to join our Senior Leadership team. This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the organization, leading key strategic initiatives, and fostering a culture of accountability and measurable impact. The VP will drive long-term sustainability while managing day-to-day operations, ensuring the highest level of accountability and robust service delivery across our national network of communities.Key Responsibilities:
Lead, develop, and oversee all of Better Tomorrows' programs and services to position the organization as a leader in supportive services for affordable housing communities.
Ensure that programs are robust, diverse and creative, align with strategic goals, are compliant, and address the needs of residents and communities.
Ensure key partnerships are built and maintained, promoting Better Tomorrows as the service provider of choice.
Manage various focus areas within the department, including training, impact evaluation, partnership development and service delivery.
Lead a team of regional directors, program and administrative staff, ensuring accountability, excellent service delivery and program quality.
Evaluate and improve service models, ensuring scalability and programmatic success across all locations.
Drive collaboration across departments, ensuring service delivery, program development, and compliance align with organizational goals.
Support grant development initiatives in collaboration with the Fund Development Department.
Communicate closely with the President & CEO on strategic priorities and potential challenges.Supervisory Responsibilities:
Oversee a team of up to 8 members, including roles such as:
Directors of Service Delivery
Data and Analysis Teammates
Training and Programming Focused Teammates
Regional Associate Directors
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree required (Social Work, Human Services, Education, Sociology, Psychology, or related fields); Masters Degree preferred.
10+ years of experience in social services, program design, and management.
Proven leadership experience, with strong focus on accountability, the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
Advanced project management skills with a demonstrated ability to manage complex programs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Adobe programs.Skills & Attributes:
Ability to develop strong collaboration with diverse groups, including corporate partners.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Self-starter with creative thinking and a proactive approach.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time for site visits, training, and conferences.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit for prolonged periods and work on a computer.

Salary Range: $90,000 to $115,000 depending on experience and education
