Manager Debt Capital Markets

A company is looking for a Manager, Debt Capital Markets.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in evaluating corporate and property-level financing options and prepare analysis for debt strategy discussions

Contribute to the preparation of materials for financings and assist in modeling, due diligence, and documentation for transactions

Track loan covenants and compliance requirements while coordinating with internal accounting and external lenders

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Experience as an Associate in a major bank, specifically in Structured Debt or Capital Markets

Strong analytical skills related to financial modeling and transaction documentation

Familiarity with loan management and compliance tracking

Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders

Knowledge of trends in real estate finance and capital markets
