We are seeking one mid-level and one senior associate with significant patent prosecution experience to join our premier Life Sciences Patent Counseling and Prosecution Group. Qualified candidates must have experience representing pharma and life sciences companies in patent prosecution, reexamination, IPR proceedings, due diligence, and freedom to operate investigations. An advanced degree in Organic Chemistry and admission to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office are required. Large law firm experience is strongly preferred.
