What You'll Do :

Monitor and operate communication systems to dispatch security-related personnel and coordinate responses to incidents within the manufacturing and industrial location.

Receive, prioritize, and document incoming calls and requests for assistance, relaying information accurately to the appropriate Allied Universal team members.

Maintain detailed logs of all dispatch activities, incidents, and communications for reporting and follow-up purposes.

Assist in the implementation of site-specific policies and procedures related to dispatch and emergency response.

Work collaboratively with on-site personnel to help to deter unauthorized access and / or suspicious activities by maintaining constant communication.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and escalating as necessary.

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by offering information and assistance related to security-related procedures and site access.

Support the coordination of emergency response activities and / or drills as directed by site management and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements :

Supervisory experience is required.

Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
