Senior Engineering Manager

As Senior Engineering Manager, you will lead the development and operations of Docker's Container-as-a-Service (CaaS) offerings. You'll oversee a team that owns the entire lifecycle of these services and collaborates closely with customers and internal teams across Docker.
If you thrive in a fast-paced, customer-first environment and are passionate about leading and growing high-performing engineering teams, this role is for you. AI experience is a strong plus, as we explore intelligent automation and developer insights across Docker's cloud and container platforms. Responsibilities
- Lead a geographically distributed team of engineers across Europe and North America
- Drive the development and operation of Docker's Container-as-a-Service platforms
- Build and operate highly scalable, reliable, and performant cloud services
- Work with product and engineering leadership to translate roadmap and priorities into work for your team
- Take active ownership of your team members' development, growth, and performance
- Own the team's execution and agile ceremonies
- Collaborate with AI / ML specialists to explore opportunities for intelligent automation and optimization
