DevOps Engineer | Tech Consultancy | Minneapolis, MN HQ (Remote)

Location : Minneapolis, MN HQ (Remote position but prefer mid-west location)

Salary : $130,000 $160,000 + Bonus

A tech transformation consultancy that focuses on DevOps and cloud solutions, with a goal to double in headcount this year.

Clients are industry-agnostic, with a strong presence in the Midwest and East Coast. Engineers work across multiple client engagements, so adaptability and strong communication skills are essential.

What the Role Involves

• Delivering DevOps consulting and implementation
• Working with multi?cloud environments : GCP and some Azure
• Building Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Ansible
• Managing containerization with Kubernetes (GKS, AKS) and OpenShift
• Implementing observability tools : Dynatrace, Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus
• Writing code in Python (highly desirable)

This is a fully client?facing role, requiring excellent soft skills and the ability to switch between different client environments.
