Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression of our organization. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently.
• Manage the scheduling of appointments and meetings for staff.
• Maintain an organized front desk and reception area.
• Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
• Assist in managing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
• Proven work experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in using office equipment, such as printers, copiers, and multi-line phone systems.
• Familiarity with basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
• Professional appearance and demeanor with a customer-oriented attitude.
