Position Overview:
Were seeking a Licensed Insurance Producer who is bilingual (English/Spanish) and experienced in Property & Casualty (Life license is a plus). The ideal candidate is motivated, personable, and passionate about helping clients protect what matters most.

Responsibilities:

• Quote and sell auto, home, and other personal lines insurance products
  
  
• Build relationships with new and existing clients
  
  
• Manage renewals, endorsements, and follow-up communications
  
  
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
  
  
• Maintain compliance with carrier and state requirements
  
  

Qualifications:

• Active Arizona Property & Casualty License (Life License preferred)
  
  
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
  
  
• Minimum 1 year of insurance sales experience
  
  
• Strong customer service and communication skills
  
  
• Goal-oriented with excellent time management
