Job Description

Responsibilities :

  • Site layout, grading, utilities, stormwater management design
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced collaborative environment with teammates locally and at other office locations
  • Permit coordination and municipal outreach
  • Preparation of site construction documentation, including demolition plans, layout plans, erosion control plans, grading and drainage plans, stormwater management, utilities, site details, transportation improvements, and project cost estimates / analysis
  • Due diligence and site analysis
  • Preparation of engineering or technical computations and preparation of design solutions

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, EIT license preferred but not required
  • 3-6 years' of experience as a project engineering working on production
  • Project experience within either residential, commercial, multifamily, and industrial
  • Knowledge of local municipal, county and state land use, planning and zoning processes and regulations
  • Team-oriented, with excellent communication skills
  • Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D
