Job Description

• Perform thorough patient evaluations, including detailed physical exams and comprehensive medical history reviews.
• Assist with diagnosing surgical conditions by interpreting imaging studies and analyzing lab results.
• Work collaboratively with surgeons to develop tailored surgical treatment strategies for each patient.
• Provide intraoperative assistance, including prepped operating environments, ensuring proper patient positioning, and efficiently passing surgical tools during operations.
• Administer exceptional pre- and post-surgical care, covering everything from medication management to wound care, discharge planning, and patient education.

Education

• Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Completion of clinical rotations with a focus on surgical specialties is highly preferred.

Certifications

• Valid and unrestricted PA-C certification.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• State licensure (or eligibility) to practice as a Physician Assistant.
