Certified Occupational Assistant II

The Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant II is responsible for providing occupational therapy treatments to patients to restore maximum function under the direction of a registered occupational therapist. May supervise or be responsible for a particular program such as inservice coordinator. This position is represented by SEIU-UHW and is covered by the terms and conditions of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.

Qualifications

• Requires a CA Occupational Therapy Assistant License
• Current CPR.
• Minimum of two to three years of progressive experience with the development of expertise in a given area of therapy.
