Senior Accounting Analyst

Our client, a leading hospitality company, is seeking a Senior Accounting Analyst to support capital expenditure (CAPEX) reporting during a critical system transition. This role will ensure accurate monthly and quarterly reporting, assist with system testing, and provide essential support throughout the implementation of a new capital reporting solution. Location : Fully remote, but you must be able to work standard business hours in the Mountain Time zone.

Pay Rate : $40-45 / hour (W2, based on experience)

What's the Job?

• Prepare and validate manual CAPEX reports on a monthly and quarterly basis
• Analyze large datasets to ensure accuracy and identify trends.
• Collaborate with finance and IT teams to support the rollout of a new reporting system.
• Test and troubleshoot new reporting tools to ensure functionality and reliability
• Ensure compliance with fixed asset accounting standards and company policies
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve reporting processes and system efficiency.
