The Position: Our client is looking for a Dental Hygienist to join their growing team.

• $75,000 - $91,000 depending on experience

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED
• Current Michigan RDH license
• Basic Life Support/CPR training according to requirements of license and/or certification

Responsibilities:
• Monday to Friday (7:30am – 4pm) (4-day option also available)
• Perform prophylaxis, root planing, and apply sealants
• Update patient health history and all required information
• Complete dental charting of existing restorations, missing teeth, and annual periodontal charting
• Place subgingival medicaments as available
• Take patient’s blood pressure, x-rays, and impressions (and pouring of) for diagnostic models
• Present initial findings and recommended periodontal treatment
• Confidently answer patient questions regarding any necessary treatment
• Enter treatment performed and plans in the chart, including re-care scheduling
• Disinfect operatory and sterilize instruments
• Assist the doctor, dental assistants, and business office team as needed
