We are seeking a service-oriented Payroll Administrator for a well-established manufacturer in Milwaukee. In this role, you will ensure that a diverse, multi-site workforce is paid accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Payroll : Execute end-to-end processing for salaried and hourly employees across multiple states.
  • Compliance : Stay ahead of shifting federal and state labor laws, tax codes, and reporting requirements.
  • Audit & Reporting : Lead internal payroll audits and generate month-end reports for the Finance leadership team.
  • Problem Solving : Act as the internal consultant for payroll discrepancies, garnishments, and benefits deductions.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience : 3-5+ years in a dedicated Payroll or Compensation role.
  • Systems : Strong familiarity with enterprise-level payroll software and advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables).
  • Mindset : You handle sensitive data with an "integrity-first" mindset.
  • Presence : Professional communication skills suited for a corporate headquarters environment.
