A company is looking for a Senior Director of Revenue Marketing to lead marketing efforts focused on pipeline performance and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Own and drive the marketing pipeline across various segments, collaborating with Sales and RevOps

Lead digital and lifecycle marketing initiatives to enhance engagement, retention, and conversion

Foster a culture of performance accountability through data insights and reporting

Required Qualifications

10-15+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing with a focus on pipeline growth

Proven track record of achieving 30%+ YoY pipeline growth through data-driven programs

Strong analytical skills with experience in web performance and digital marketing

Hands-on leadership experience in building and mentoring marketing teams

Familiarity with AI and automation tools for campaign execution and reporting
