A company is looking for a Service Agent, Patient Care Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Field and respond to incoming inquiries from patients and schedule appointments
Make outbound calls to patients, pharmacies, and insurance companies while managing provider schedules
Create and manage tickets in ServiceNow, ensuring patient inquiries and insurance benefits are addressed
Required Qualifications
Experience providing phone, email, and chat-based customer service
Experience in a fast-paced environment with appointment scheduling
Medical Reception experience and familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (M365) and experience with Microsoft Teams
Availability to work specified shifts : 9 : 30am - 6 : 00pm EST or 7 : 30am - 4 : 00pm EST
