How You Will Make a Difference:

• Provide exceptional nursing services to our patients, ensuring the highest level of quality and compassionate care.
• Supervise the daily activities of assigned nursing assistants.
• Adhere to Federal, State, and Local Standards, guidelines, and regulations as required by the Director of Nursing.
• Ensure compliance with the facility's written policies and procedures among all nursing personnel under your supervision.

What You Need to Make a Difference:

• Active LPN license in your state of residence.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills, capable of prioritizing and managing multiple projects effectively.
• Proficient technical, assessment, and documentation skills while maintaining confidentiality.
