What You’ll Do:

• Be a key player in keeping our AV operations smooth and efficient.
• You’ll help load, unload, and organize AV equipment to make sure everything is ready for rentals, installs, and events.
• Support event success by pulling and staging gear based on event needs.
• Drive company vehicles to ensure AV equipment arrives safely and on time.
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized so everything runs like clockwork.
• Assist with simple maintenance tasks like cleaning, labeling, and cable
• management.
• Collaborate closely with warehouse staff and technicians to get projects done right.
• Solve problems as they come up and help keep things moving without delays.

Requirements:

You’re a Great Fit If You:

• Are dependable and ready to roll up your sleeves.
• Have a valid driver’s license and are willing to drive when needed.
• Stay organized and work efficiently, even during busy event seasons.
• Communicate clearly and work well with others.
• Can lift and move AV equipment safely.
• Are flexible on a weekends, late hours, or holidays are part of making events happen.
• Take pride in your work and show initiative without being asked.
• Love solving small challenges to help the team succeed.
