Cornerstones has part time and full time opening for the position of Direct Support Professional.
Employees in this position work directly with the individuals we provide services for.
Direct Support Professionals should be compassionate, patient, and ready to teach.
Teaching is most important thing we ask our DSPs to do.
As a DSP you will be responsible for helping our individuals learn new skills and improve on old ones; with the goal of helping our individuals grow in personal independence.
Other tasks include assisting in tasks of daily living, documenting services, administering medications, going on outings, and participating in community activities. Cornerstones provides paid training, competitive wages, and the opportunity for career advancement.
