Bartender

Within the spirit of “Making People’s Dreams Come True”, this position is responsible for mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to patrons of bar. These duties are accomplished while delivering Raving Fans customer service to both internal and external customers.

Part Time, On Site

Responsibilities:

• Take orders from customers.
• Check the ID cards properly.
• Ring up orders on computer before drink is made and served.
• Mix ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters to prepare cocktails and other drinks.
• Serve wine and beer.
• Collect money for drinks served, process charge cards or make change.
• Request liquor and supplies from storage as needed for each shift.
• Arrange bottles and glasses to make an attractive display.
• Slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks.
• Display a friendly attitude toward guests.
• Deliver courteous and accurate service to ensure a pleasant experience for all guests.
• All other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one (1) to three (3) years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must have the ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as business needs require.
• Time management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Problem solving skills and detail oriented.
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively.
