WCS Healthcare Partners is seeking a local contract Pharmacist Manager for a local contract job in Plainsboro, New Jersey.

We are seeking a Operations Manager with specialized experience in compounding infusion chemotherapy and a strong business acumen to join our dynamic healthcare team. This role is pivotal in ensuring high-quality pharmaceutical care, optimizing therapy benefits, and maintaining operational excellence across Oncology and GI / Endocrinology services.

Job Function :

  • Develop and manage workflows to ensure strong operational support for clinical and infusion departments.
  • Partner with clinical teams to ensure safe and effective medication verification and dispensing.
  • Oversee drug authorization processes to confirm coverage by third-party payers, including financial analysis of benefit plans.
  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure efficient billing activities for the department.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvement in operational performance.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and manage audit processes.
  • Manage departmental costs in alignment with the annual budget.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

    • Job Requirements :

  • Current NJ Pharmacist license.
  • BLS certification (Basic Life Support).
  • Proven background in compounding infusion chemotherapy.
  • Strong understanding of Gastroenterology (GI) and Endocrinology therapies.
  • Demonstrated business competency in pharmacy operations and benefit evaluation.
