A company is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to lead and scale their Salesforce platform in support of the Provider Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage user and license administration, system security, and provide end-user support

Implement Salesforce configuration changes and design user experiences to enhance workflow efficiency

Oversee integrations with core applications and develop data models for advanced insights and automation

Required Qualifications

7-10 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role

Salesforce Certified Administrator or Advanced Administrator credential required

Expertise in Salesforce data architecture and cross-object reporting

Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud models and automation frameworks

Understanding of Provider Sales and Operations processes
