Pattern Cutter

Automation Personnel Services is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Pattern Cutter, for a company located in Katy TX. The ideal candidate will have prior experience accurately cutting patterns and materials according to specifications. This role requires excellent attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions precisely, and basic computer skills to document completed work.

$18.00 - $20.00 an hour

Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

• Cut patterns and materials according to the provided templates and specifications

• Ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency in all cutting tasks

• Inspect materials for defects or inconsistencies before and after cutting

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

• Accurately complete production log sheets and enter required information into the computer

• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members

• High School Diploma or GED

• Previous experience as a cutter or in a similar role is required

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Basic computer skills and experience completing digital log sheets or production records

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
