Confidential Opportunity : Portfolio Manager Team Lead - Commercial Banking
Location : Holland, MI (Relocation Welcome)
Compensation : $117K-$165K base + bonus
Schedule : Full-time | Onsite Hybrid
A well-capitalized Midwest-based financial institution is seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager Team Lead to support commercial lending growth in West Michigan. This leadership position oversees a team of Portfolio Managers and Credit Analysts, while supporting a diverse commercial loan portfolio across C&I and CRE relationships.

Key Responsibilities :
- Lead, mentor, and develop Portfolio Managers and Credit Analysts
- Manage a $500MM+ commercial loan portfolio
- Review and approve complex credit requests and ensure risk standards are met
- Partner with Relationship Managers to support lending goals and portfolio quality
- Oversee underwriting accuracy, credit file compliance, and annual reviews
- Present during Loan Committee meetings and senior credit discussions
