Program Manager

A company is looking for a Program Manager II to plan, organize, monitor, and oversee programs using cross-functional teams to meet business needs and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Support business department initiatives that enhance quality, safety, and cost of care

Gather requirements, create plans and schedules, and manage resources for project execution

Communicate program status to management and key stakeholders while managing projects through the full project life cycle

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience required

3+ years of quality improvement, program management, or project management experience required

Health care experience preferred

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship
