As the Senior Product Marketing Manager for Launches, you will be responsible for the commercial success of our products. You will lead the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for new products and features. This role is critical to translating our product innovation into market momentum and revenue growth across all of our target segments.

What You'll Accomplish

• Own the go-to-market (GTM) launch process, creating and managing cross-functional plans to ensure successful, high-impact releases.
• Develop clear and compelling product messaging and positioning for new features that resonate with our target personas.
• Develop a specific enablement strategy and playbook to support our sales motion for multiple SKUs, helping sales drive upsell revenue.
• Partner with sales leadership to assess the ongoing needs of the revenue team, identifying and addressing knowledge or skill gaps.
• Establish and track key metrics for launches to measure their effectiveness and business impact.

$185,000 - $205,000 a year Compensation at Eve is highly competitive and determined based on experience, seniority, and considerations of both internal and external equity, as well as location. In addition to a compelling salary and performance-based bonuses, we offer an equity component that provides meaningful ownership and the opportunity to share in the company's long-term success.
