[job_card.job_description]Develop and implement safety and environmental compliance programs across the facility Evaluate hazards and proactively manage safety risks to maintain a safe working environment Track and analyze safety metrics and trends to drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement safety best practices and deliver training Influence a positive safety culture across all shifts by building relationships and leading by example 5+ years of EHS experience in a manufacturing setting Understanding of machine guarding and lockout / tagout (LOTO) procedures Familiarity with OSHA regulations and the ability to implement policy in line with compliance requirements Strong initiative, communication skills, and logical problem-solving ability $85,000–$92,000 annually Onsite in Milwaukee, WI Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
