A federal contract support company is seeking an Instructional Design Senior Specialist to design and develop e-learning content. This role includes creating engaging onboarding experiences and leading instructional design projects. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree, substantial experience in instructional design, and familiarity with various eLearning tools. The position is contingent upon contract award and requires U.S. citizenship. Salary range is between $65,000 and $110,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
