Pennsylvania Licensed Telehealth Counselor

A company is looking for a Telehealth LCSW or LPC - P / T.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct patient assessments and complete bio-psychosocial evaluations

Facilitate group and individual therapy sessions and provide clinical supervision

Assist in developing treatment plans and discharge instructions, while adhering to program policies

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in counseling, Social Work, or a related field

Active and unrestricted LPC or LCSW license in PA

Two years of experience in a health care delivery system, particularly with Mental Health patients

Thorough knowledge of the psychosocial aspects of illness and community health resources

Relevant education, training, and experience demonstrating required knowledge and skills
