[job_card.job_description]Current and unencumbered Oklahoma Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) License. Up-to-date First Aid and CPR certification. One or more years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Long Term Care setting is preferred. Reliable transportation for weekly travel. Mileage Reimbursement for trips that exceed 30 miles one way. Direct deposit on mileage Monday & Fridays each week. Preplanned PRN "Priority" shifts scheduled a week in advance and "pick up" shifts when needed. At VITAL, we provide flexible opportunities to work in various long-term care facilities throughout Tulsa and the surrounding area. Our team of LPNs enjoy the freedom of full-time or PRN work, uniquely able to float between different locations each week.
On our team, your primary responsibility will be to cover weekly Priority Shifts.
Responsibilities and Purpose
- Provide compassionate bedside care.
- Administer medications and meticulously document therapeutic outcomes.
- Monitor vital signs and maintain accurate patient records.
- Contribute to resident comfort and well-being.
- Collect samples and oversee catheter care.
- Provide guidance and coaching to fellow staff when needed.
