Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive home health nursing care in Cobb, Douglas, Paulding, parts of Cherokee and Fulton counties.
• Manage wound care, IV therapy, catheter insertion and care, PICC line dressing changes, and disease process education (e.g., CHF, COPD).
• Utilizes Epic and Home Base systems to document care accurately.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort while maintaining compliance with healthcare standards.

Required Skills:

• Valid Georgia Driver's License or equivalent with private vehicle insurance.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Medical/Surgical Nursing, Home Health, or ICU settings.
• Proficiency in computer data entry, including Excel and Word.
• Strong communication skills with healthcare team members.
• Willingness to obtain certifications if not already held; must possess or obtain BLS certification.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with Epic EMR and 3M systems.
• Certifications such as BLS, ARC-BLS, or BLS-Instructor.
• Knowledge of wound vacs, wound care, IV management, and disease process education.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Associates Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Extensive critical care or home health experience highly desirable.

Other Requirements:

• Shift flexibility: Monday through Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.
• Must be willing to obtain necessary certifications prior to start if not already certified.
• Travel within designated counties is required; reimbursement provided.

This position offers an hourly pay rate of $46.90, comprehensive medical benefits, weekly pay via direct deposit, paid sick leave, and a robust referral bonus program.
