Tax Associate

A global and top 200 Am Law firm seeks an associate to join their Tax Practice Group in their Austin office.

The ideal candidate must have 4+ years of tax experience and will have mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and corporate finance experience, and will also assist clients with equity financings, technology transfers, complex licensing and collaboration arrangements, and both domestic and international tax planning. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a great work ethic, and excel in a fast-paced environment. Superior academic credentials and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills required.
