Vulnerability Assessment Analyst

A company is looking for a Vulnerability Assessment Analyst (Database) - Mid.

Key Responsibilities

Perform vulnerability scanning against databases and coordinate scans with relevant personnel

Monitor and troubleshoot scans, ensuring data accuracy and developing new testing programs

Create and distribute scan reports, including metrics on vulnerability posture over time

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field

Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle databases, and proficiency with AWS RDS, Azure SQL, and PostgreSQL

Proven experience in vulnerability scanning and security testing

In-depth knowledge of scanning tools such as Tenable Security Center and Nessus Scanner

Experience supporting Windows, Unix, and Linux operating systems
