[job_card.job_description]Develop and maintain privilege elevation policies, governance workflows, and access request processes. Enforce least-privilege access controls and compliance standards (PCI DSS, internal policies). Integrate PAM with ITSM (e.g., ServiceNow), SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk), vulnerability scanners, directory services (e.g., Active Directory / LDAP), and other security systems. Build automation for onboarding, credential rotation, and auditing. Provide expert-level technical support for PAM incidents, performance issues, and privileged account onboarding. Analyze log data and implement improvements to performance and security posture. Develop technical documentation, runbooks, procedures, and training materials for internal teams and end users. Educate stakeholders on PAM best practices.
Key Responsibilities
PAM Architecture & Implementation
- Lead architecture, deployment, configuration, and optimization of enterprise PAM solutions (e.g., BeyondTrust, CyberArk).
- Design and execute PAM implementations including password vaulting, endpoint privilege management, session recording , and credential rotation .
