Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

0-2 years of experience in program coordination, operations, project management, or customer success in healthcare or a regulated environment

Familiarity with operational workflows, performance metrics, and cross-functional collaboration

Proficiency with tools such as GSuite, Slack, and project management platforms

Experience in pharmacy operations or digital health is preferred
