Multi-State RN Telephone Triage

A company is looking for an RN Telephone Triage to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Assess symptoms using clinical algorithms to guide patient care

Deliver and document health education for symptom management

Assist patients in accessing appropriate levels of care

Required Qualifications

Current multi-state RN license with no restrictions

Minimum of 2 years of RN experience

Proficiency in computer use and typing at least 25 wpm

Ability to handle confidential information in compliance with HIPAA

Excellent listening and comprehension skills
