Avion Solutions Inc., an employee-owned company, seeks candidates for a C2BMC Principal Acquisition Analys t to support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA). This position is located in Colorado Springs, CO.

Job Responsibilities / Duties :

• Working knowledge of applicable DoD acquisition directives to support the development of Missile Defense System (MDS) acquisition policy, plans, processes, procedures, and guidance for MDS development and fielding.
• Develop Acquisition Plans, Justification and Approvals, Request for Proposal packages, Statements of Work, and Contract Data Requirement Lists.
• Interpret MDA acquisition guidance to support acquisition planning and MDS program integration.
• Expertise in strategic planning, acquisition strategy development, and development of key acquisition documentation to support acquisition strategy approval and execution.
• Prepare planning documents to coordinate integrated acquisition strategies within the MDS and OGA partners.
• Support and interact with high-level DoD Officials (O-6 and above, GS-15 / NH-4 equivalent), sitting on-site with the DoD Program Office, and deliver products successfully in a fast-paced environment (on demand).
• Develop reports, decision papers, and briefings for senior leadership and external stakeholders.
• Other duties as assigned.
