Bridge Well Community Health seeks individuals experienced or trained in working with individuals with developmental disabilities who need assistance in acquiring and maintaining life skills that enable them to cope more effectively with the demands of independent living.

The Direct Support Professional (DSP) plays a critical role in assisting individuals with disabilities in their daily lives. DSPs promote independence, ensure health and safety, and support individuals in achieving personal goals at home and in the community. This position requires compassion, reliability, strong communication skills, and a commitment to enhancing quality of life.
Work settings may include residential homes, day programs, or community-based settings.
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Health benefits for full-time employees will commence upon completion of 90 days of continuous employment. Eligible employees are also entitled to two car trips per qualifying day and one complimentary meal.
