[job_card.job_description]Build and maintain a secure web-based employee portal using Python and JavaScript. Develop and uphold integrations with Odoo through APIs and custom modules when necessary. Create secure and scalable backend services for authentication, permissions, and business logic. Design and implement responsive, user-friendly interfaces based on Figma designs for internal users. Manage employee, operational, and system data with relational databases. Collaborate with product owners and Scrum Master to gather and interpret requirements into technical solutions. Ensure proper role-based access and data protection across the portal. Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and enhance system reliability continuously.
Requirements
- Completed bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 02 years of personal or professional experience in Python, JavaScript, and GitHub; familiarity with Odoo is advantageous.

Our consumer-facing platform, Tyket, complements our mission as we develop internal systems to support our growing team and operations. We are currently looking for a Junior Full-Stack Developer to aid in the development and maintenance of our internal employee portal, directly integrating with Odoo. Our work environment is collaborative, requiring in-person attendance from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. We offer a starting salary of $20 per hour, which increases to $25 per hour after a three-month probation period, with further raises based on performance.
