The role is part of Digital Banking team, specifically working on Digital Account Onboarding (DAO) platform and technologies. As a Principal Analyst I you'll provide SME expertise in your respective domain as well lead activities to review current processes and metrics that support operational effectiveness, identify constraints or opportunities that inhibit or accelerate the business and technology strategy. You will design customer journey maps and workflows for the Digital Account Origination platform, ensuring the process meets bank and regulatory requirements for onboarding customers and accounts. You'll develop options or approaches to improve business outcomes, and drive implementation of solutions to achieve desired results. You'll also be accountable for the development and review of artifacts to ensure they accurately describe current state processes, practices, and/or metrics, determining root cause for constraints in the process. Additionally, you'll take part in the identification of alternative processes and practice options with associated impact on KRIs/KPIs or Operational Metrics. You'll also track and communicate enhancements to the current process and practices as to whether the desired results are being realized through the use of data, metrics, and other quantitative measures. Additionally, as the Principal Analyst I, you'll engage with enterprise subject matter experts and stakeholders to tackle complex issues or opportunities that require significant coordination and alignment across different business units. You'll be accountable for understanding the problem statement or opportunity, capturing current state insights while also providing options and recommendations to the identified stakeholders. In this role you'll also identify, socialize, and gather necessary approvals for the upkeep of, KRIs, KPIs, and Operational Metrics.What you'll need:
