We are hiring an experienced, well-rounded Mobile Service Technician to join our elite team.

If you're the type of tech who can handle everything from advanced diagnostics to full-system repairs — whether it's a gas or diesel engine, brakes, HVAC, suspension, or electrical issues — this is the role for you.

As a Mobile Service Technician, you'll be the face of our dealership at customer locations, equipped with a fully stocked service van and the backing of a top-tier service team.

You'll tackle everything from warranty work and recalls to complex drivability concerns and diagnostic challenges — all while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities :

Travel in a company-provided Mobile Service van to customer sites

Perform full-spectrum mechanical work : engine diagnostics, brakes, suspension, HVAC, electrical, etc.

Diagnose and repair gas and diesel trucks, cars, and light-duty commercial vehicles

Handle scheduled maintenance, manufacturer recalls, and customer concerns on-site

Communicate clearly with Service Advisors and Parts Department to keep jobs moving

Document repairs accurately and keep customers informed throughout the process

Stay current with Ford training, tools, and technical bulletins

Maintain your Mobile Service vehicle and ensure it reflects our professional standards

Qualifications :

A true “jack-of-all-trades” technician — diagnostic, electrical, engine, drivability, HVAC, brakes, and more

5+ years of hands-on experience in a dealership or independent shop

Experience working with Ford vehicles is a major plus

Valid driver’s license with clean record

ASE certifications preferred; Ford STST certifications ideal

Strong communicator and self-starter — able to work independently without oversight

Tech-savvy and comfortable using diagnostic software, tablets, and digital repair orders

Able to work outdoors and handle variable weather conditions as needed
