Candidate Profile

• JD from a top-tier law school with an e xcellent academic record
• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction , in good standing
• 1–3 years of substantive corporate transactional experience, with a background in Life Sciences
• Direct and applicable experience working at an AmLaw 100 firm strongly preferred
• Experience drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements , including licensing , collaboration , manufacturing , and supply agreements in the Life Sciences sector
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent communication, organization, and client management skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
