Job Description

Pay Range: $34.00 - $42.50/hour

The MDS Coordinator Opportunity:

• Full-time, permanent, direct-hire position
• Relocation assistance is negotiable for selected MDS Coordinator

• MDS Coordinator is responsible for the management of the full-scope MDS assessment workflow for long-term care patients
• MDS Coordinator will be an invaluable member of the long-term care interdisciplinary team to advocate for quality treatments for all residents

MDS Coordinator Qualifications:

• Must be a licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Nevada or eligible to obtain prior to hire
• Must have at least 2 years of MDS experience
• Must have previous long-term care nursing experience
