Job Description
Insight Global is looking for an eCommerce Investigations Analyst to sit remotely. You will monitor eCommerce traffic using fraud detection tools such as Signifyd and the order management system IBM Sterling. You’ll identify fraud patterns and manage false positives by applying white-listing where appropriate. Additionally, you will respond to customer service requests related to online order declines and investigate potential fraudulent returns for eCommerce purchases.Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in eCommerce fraud prevention.Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience in brick-and-mortar loss prevention and general store operations.Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
