A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to provide payments-related technical support services.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-class customer service / support via various channels
Triage inbound customer communications and manage ticket processing
Assist clients with setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of POS systems and related services
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience in a call center or customer support role
2+ years of experience in the card payment industry or payment processing
Experience with TSYS, Fiserv, or similar payment processing systems preferred
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and related peripherals
