A company is looking for a Support Specialist - Tier 1 (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Respond to inbound and outbound calls providing technical support and consulting on workflow inquiries
Document inquiries and resolutions in CRM systems and follow up as needed
Maintain technical proficiency and meet department performance metrics
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent
1 year of customer service experience
1 year of experience with customer relationship management or similar software systems
2 years of experience with Microsoft Operating Systems and Platforms
Technical certifications and an Associate's Degree are preferred
