We are seeking qualified Sales Ambassadors, who know how to capitalize on the reputation we have established in the market. The daily mission is to assess the customer's needs, establish a true rapport, and then provide a cost-effective design solution to overcome the current challenges they face. Our In-Home Design Consultants are critical to the continued growth of the company. Simply put, we are not just another home improvement contractor. Job Expectations : Run two prequalified warm leads / appointments daily, 10 per week (appointment times may vary daily based on customer availability). Must be willing to work 5 days a week, with a minimum of 3 Saturdays a month availability. Provide detailed and clear customer expectations from the consultations that sets all parties involved up for success. Attend two in person sales meetings a month. Encourage and support the entire team. Must have a desire to protect the company's interest.

Compensation : 100% commission based position after 2 weeks of paid onboarding / training. Our dedicated design consultants earn more than $200,000 a year. With the right discipline, and follow through, there is unlimited income potential to be earned. We offer bonus incentives once monthly volume threshold's are reached. After 90 days of employment, we offer a 50% health insurance company stipend to all employees.

Requirements : In-home / outside sales experience. Bathroom remodeling experience is a plus. Professional appearance and demeanor.
