A company is looking for an IT Business Analyst II to analyze processes, deliver technology solutions, and lead projects for operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvements
Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment on project requirements
Mentor entry-level team members and support team growth through knowledge sharing
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience preferred
3 to 5+ years of experience as a business analyst or related role
Understanding of Agile / Scrum, Project Management, and SDLC practices
Experience in eliciting business requirements and translating them into user stories
Familiarity with SQL, APIs, and cloud platforms for integration discussions
