The Brittany Amador Farmers Insurance Agency is a full-service, multi-line agency offering Auto, Home, Umbrella, Commercial, Specialty, and Life Insurance solutions. Were committed to growing exceptional talent and we go beyond developing high performing producers by intentionally preparing future agency owners.

Through Farmers Insurances Agency Ownership Program , we partner with driven insurance professionals who are ready to elevate their careers and step into leadership. If owning your own agency has been a long term goal, but youve been looking for the right mentorship, structure, and hands on experience, this program is designed to help you get there.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business and consistently achieve or exceed production goals
  • Develop tailored insurance quotes, deliver engaging presentations, and close sales with confidence
  • Build strong client relationships by identifying needs and recommending appropriate coverage solutions
  • Actively contribute to team meetings, training sessions, and collaborative discussions

Requirements

  • Active Property & Casualty License (required)
  • Life & Health License (preferred)
  • Highly coachable, adaptable, and motivated to grow
  • Self-driven with a strong sense of accountability and urgency
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with strong follow-through skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
